Fourth-ranked Suzann Pettersen and rising star Lexi Thompson were also added to the 144-player entry list Wednesday for the July 11-14 event at Grey Silo Golf Course. "Its a great indication of the quality of golf we can expect to see as the tournament builds on last years momentum and entertains us all with world-class competition." Wie is a two-time winner on the LPGA Tour while Pettersen has won 17 tournaments as a pro, with 11 of them coming on the LPGA Tour. Kane, from Charlottetown, is in her 20th season on the tour and has four career wins. Thompson, who turned pro in 2010 at age 15, recently cracked the top 30 in the world rankings.
