Quinton Jefferson is ready for a starting spotlight And just like that Michael Dickson Jersey Green , Quinton Jefferson could be a starting defensive end for the Seattle Seahawks.Drafted by the Seahawks in the fifth round in 2016, then waived at final cuts a year ago, Jefferson is extremely light on his feet for a big man and normally is a 3-Technique, but also lines up in the 4-Technique. For the limited 129 snaps he saw last year (Jefferson spent a brief nine days on the LA Rams before returning to Seattle) he looked pretty decent in my opinion. Although it wouldn’t show up in the box score, he does his job, nothing more nothing less. He plays well in the run game and also does a good job on film attempting to get after the quarterback. Coming in at 6’4 Womens Mychal Kendricks Jersey , 291 lbs he plays with a high motor. That’s something that coaches love to see on film.I believe he possesses the talent to be a full time starter or at least get more meaningful snaps. On this team, with Dion Jordan slowly returning to the field and Rasheem Green still very young, Jefferson could see a lot of snaps to open the year. The Seahawks do a good job changing personnels and rotating lineman already, so we should see him a lot more this season and I don’t think that’s a cause for concern. It may be a sign that he’s ready.Enjoy the breakdown. The AP named their annual NFL All-Pro team on Friday, and two members of the Seattle Seahawks were named to the first team. Defensive stalwart Bobby Wagner was given the honors for the fourth time, and the third season in a row.
