WASHINGTON -- Nationals ace Stephen Strasburg winced after throwing a pitch and was forced to leave in the third inning of his first start back from the disabled list, and NL East-leading Washington went on to defeat Atlanta 5-4 in 11 innings Wednesday night.There was no announcement on the severity of his injury by the time the game ended well past midnight.Strasburg, making his first start since Aug. 17 after being sidelined by soreness in his right elbow, exited after 2 1/3 innings, allowing a run on two hits.With Braves pitcher Mike Foltynewicz attempting to bunt after Dansby Swansons leadoff double, Strasburgs 0-2 pitch sailed high.
