FRESNO, Calif. -- Fresno State linebacker Brandon Hughes has been declared ineligible for the rest of the season because of an NCAA policy violation.The school announced the decision before its home game Friday night against San Diego State, saying it wouldnt comment further.Hughes, a senior from Moorpark, played in the Bulldogs first six games -- making five starts -- and had 21 tackles and four tackles for losses.
