Adelaide veteran Scott Thompson is set to remain with the club for a 17th AFL season in a combined playing and coaching role.Thompsons manager Michael Doughty says the 33-year-old onballer has met with coach Don Pyke and is aware he wont be guaranteed his spot in the sides best 22 next year.He caught up with the coach on Monday.
