AUSTIN, Texas -- Texas offensive lineman Kent Perkins has been arrested in Austin on a driving while intoxicated charge.Austin police say Perkins was pulled over shortly before 3 a.m. Friday while driving near the UT campus. Perkins was taken into custody without incident.The 21-year-old senior from Dallas was freed late Friday morning on $4,000 bond. Online jail records didnt list an attorney for Perkins.Coach Charlie Strong, in a statement, says hes aware of the situation involving Perkins and was gathering the facts.
