Denise Lewis has turned her attention from the heptathlon to rugby after advising Team GBs sevens sides ahead of the Rio Olympics.The former Olympic, European and Commonwealth champion has spoken to the nations rugby stars on everything from dodging fast food at the Games to why it is essential they bring their own pillows.The Sevens teams, who will be based in Rios Olympic Village, are sure to find find plenty of distractions, from food from every corner of the world to on-demand massages.Life in the Village will be a new experience for many in the Team GB contingent, and they have sought the advice of Lewis, who won heptathlon gold at the 2000 Games in Sydney, and former England international Stuart Pearce, who coached Great Britains football side in 2012, in a bid to acclimatise.Team GB star Dan Bibby hopes Lewis influence will be the difference between success and failure, while his teammate Marcus Watson noted her culinary advice.When Watson was asked what nuggets of information Lewis passed on, he said: Not to eat all the food.
