JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars have settled on a starting offensive line, with Kelvin Beachum at left tackle and former first-round draft pick Luke Joeckel moving to left guard.Beachum and Joeckel spent much of training camp splitting repetitions at both positions.
